How to operate the automatic sealing machine correctly and what matters should be paid attention to

Automatic sealing machine is widely used in chemical fiber industry, tobacco leaf redrying enterprise, pharmaceutical industry, publishing industry, refrigeration and air conditioning industry, home appliance industry, ceramic industry, pyrotechnics industry, etc. it is widely used and has good benefits.

Operation sequence of automatic sealing machine:

1) Connect the power supply, turn on the main power switch, and check the rotation direction of the motor.

2) Turn off the machine, install the belt number on the PP belt ring, and check whether the direction of the end of the PP belt is in line with the arrow direction marked on the belt disc.

3) The inner surface of the PP belt must face down when passing through the belt regulator and through the feeding guide roller. Then pass the PP belt through the angle roller and enter between the upper and lower rollers of the feeding belt through the tightening arm assembly.

4) When the machine is turned on again, the belt feeding motor of the belt storage box will run automatically. The length of PP belt stored in the belt storage box is about 1.5 times as long as that of bow frame and belt.

5) Press the belt feeding switch until the PP belt end reaches the bonding point in the middle of the worktable through the pantograph and belt track.

6) Place the strapped object on the bonding point and wait for about 30 seconds until the heater is heated to normal operating temperature.

7) Adjust the tightening force to the normal position 4-5

8) Press the start button or use the foot switch to bind.

Automatic sealing machine

Precautions for using automatic sealing machine:

1. Please confirm the power supply used by the machine. Do not plug in the wrong power supply. This machine adopts three-phase four wire system. The flower wire is the ground zero line for leakage protection.

2. Do not put your head and hands across the belt track during operation

3. Do not touch the heater directly by hand

4. Do not wash the machine with water. When the workplace is wet, the operator should not work barefoot

5. When the machine is not in use, please roll the belt in the belt storage bin back to the belt plate to avoid deformation in the next use

6. Do not stick oil on the surface of conveyor roller

7. Remember to unplug the power supply when the machine is not in use

8. Do not replace the parts on the machine at will.

9. Main parts should be lubricated with oil frequently.
