Structure and working principle of active packing machine
The active packing machine is one of the components of the active packing production line. Its primary function is to take the initiative to seal the packed products and finish the final process of product packaging. Main components: height adjusting structure, pressing structure, conveying box structure, width adjusting structure, frame, hot melt adhesive system, etc.
Working principle of the active packing machine: after the products are packed, they are sent to the sealing machine through the conveyor chain (belt and roller) and submitted to the conveying organization. The two sides of the carton are clamped by the clamping belt and move forward. The front short tongue twists and turns actively through the tongue pressing frame. When the carton enters the carrier roller of the sealing machine, there is a detection signal (photoelectric signal) to tell the action of the tongue beating cylinder, which is bent by the tongue beating frame, and another signal tells the glue melting machine to actively spray glue. The carton moves forward continuously. The working principle of the left and packing machine is that the right tongue is bent to the center through the guide rod. The belt is also pressed to hold the left and right tongue of the carton synchronously to make the box, tongue and glue together. The final process of product packaging is active sealing.
