Mechanical characteristics

The sealing knife is made of American DuPont Teflon coating, anti sticking and high temperature resistant aluminum alloy, which can seal without cracking, coking, smoking and zero pollution;

Equipped with imported photoelectric detection, horizontal and vertical detection of each group, easy to switch selection, for thin and small packaging, can easily complete the sealing and packaging operation;

Automatic feeding, the length can also be adjusted by the combination of electric eye and timer. Equipped with induction motor, automatically take up waste material;

The temperature controller adopts the original "Omron" digital temperature controller with built-in PID function. The sealing temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate, and can be set at will. There is no need to worry about the inaccurate temperature affecting the product. The sealing knife also has automatic protection function, which can effectively prevent the package from being cut by mistake
